Since 2012, we’ve been a trusted leader in all things compliance & HR.
Innovation through passion. Founded initially on Healthcare Reform (ACA) compliance to fulfill the IRS 1094/1095 obligations of employers as well as 4980H compliance, ETC developed a simple web-based system for us to capture the necessary data from clients and to help them fulfill their employer obligations.
Eligibility Tracking Calculators, LLC (ETC) has since expanded our products and services because of business needs across many areas of our client base. This expansion of products and services has led to the creation of additional ETC business units which are now being branded as The ETC Companies. The underlying vision has expanded but not changed– identify areas of risk and waste (aka unnecessary expenses) and create solutions to correct/improve these areas to avoid costly fines, penalties, lawsuits, or wasted dollars.
ETC believes in Best Practices and Compliance. With that being said, reality dictates (based on the combined experiences of our leadership) that the RIGHT answer is not always driven by these two things alone. Knowledge and experience is powerful and we commit to providing our clients with the information and parameters needed to make informed decisions and identify areas of unnecessary expense to run their business efficiently.
